In case you’re curious. . .
I bake with an alternative flour blend I mix myself. It’s made with rice flours, bean flours, sorghum and starches. The equipment I use never touches anything with gluten in it. There are no animal products in my food- applesauce and vegetable oil replace butter and eggs and, in my opinion, make a better product. There is no corn syrup in my sweets. There are no preservatives in my sweets.
